The product

Godino helps people handle invoices from receipts, including a WhatsApp path for submitting a receipt and receiving the resulting invoice files.

The service connects a familiar conversational channel with an administrative process that can otherwise involve several systems and steps.

My contribution

I designed the UI/UX across Godino’s screens and flows and collaborated on the overall product.

The scope covered the product experience as a whole. It went beyond polishing the wording of an individual screen.

The design problem

An administrative task brings its own uncertainty. A person needs to understand what information to supply, what the service is doing and whether the task has finished.

The conversation and the interface are different ways of understanding the same process. Their structure and language need to help people keep track of that process without requiring them to understand the machinery underneath it.

Breadth of the work

  • UI/UX across the product’s screens and flows.
  • Overall product collaboration.
  • The relationship between the interface and the service experience.

The work connects interface structure, product language and the service experience.

Why this belongs in my portfolio

Godino shows the breadth of my practice across language, UI/UX and product thinking. The aim is to make the next action and the state of a task understandable in an experience with several moving parts.
