Addison
Connecting a clinic’s day across the product
UI/UX across a clinic-management product, with collaboration on the overall experience.

- UI/UX & product design
- Project focus
- Product collaboration · Complex workflows
Inside the work
An appointment connects the patient, clinic team and next message.
Contact, WhatsApp, billing and insurance information share the patient view.
Upcoming appointments, rescheduling actions and invoice states stay connected to the patient.
The product
Addison supports clinic operations, including appointments, patient information and WhatsApp conversations. Staff work with the management interface while patients can use WhatsApp for appointment-related interactions.
Those experiences meet around the same events: a requested appointment, a schedule change or the information needed to keep the day organized.
My contribution
I designed the UI/UX across Addison’s screens and flows and contributed to the overall product experience.
The work sits at the intersection of interface design and product thinking: how an experience is organized, what people can understand from it and how they move through it.
The design problem
A clinic product serves people with different tasks. Staff need to coordinate the day. Patients need to understand what is happening with an appointment. The product needs to connect those tasks without assuming that each person sees the same interface.
This makes clarity a structural issue as well as a language issue. Navigation, sequence and the way information is presented all contribute to whether the next step is understandable.
Breadth of the work
- UI/UX across the product’s screens and flows.
- Overall product collaboration.
- A connected experience across clinical administration and patient-facing interactions.
The scope connects the different surfaces that people use to organize a clinic’s day.
Why this belongs in my portfolio
Addison demonstrates product design beyond a single surface: thinking about the people involved in a process and the interfaces that connect their work.
